That little song is one that reminds me of my special needs daughter Adriana because no matter what's going on, she wakes up happy and I cannot help but smile and give her a hug.

Love that girl!

Ok, back to this blog! This month I’m inspired by Y E L L O W .

The color that makes ANYONE happy, am I right or am I right? (My daughter hates it when I say that!)

This is the image that inspired this post, when I saw it, I was immediately transported to my childhood fairytales. For you younger ones than I, can’t you just imagine Belle wearing these?

Totally adorable.

Yellow is a color that looks amazing with just about any other color, this stunning palette is just one of many:

It’s my personal opinion that turquoise looks fabulous next to ANY color, but definitely next to yellow!

And this kitchen, aaaahhhhhhhh...... this kitchen makes me smile! There’s not a lot of yellow, but since it’s such a bright shade, you only need a little bit to bring a sunshiny vibe to your space.

My fave is the one on the top left. It has super clear base to it (lots of white) as opposed to the one on the top right, which is more muddled.

LOVE this space! It’s so energizing!

I would do without the buffalo check curtains, those are a little much for me, but the rest is beautiful.

You could begin your day full of sunshine regardless of the weather outside!

Look at this photo, the leaves off the trees add so much drama to the black and white tones in the rest of the photograph.

As a matter of fact, yellow and gray is a stunning color combo! For interiors, fashion, and weddings.

With gray being so popular these days, adding a pop of yellow to your home has never been easier.

You can add it through a bouquet of tulips….

A simple pillow…

Painting some picture frames…

Or painting your front door!

So whichever form best suits you, take a risk and add some yellow to your life!

You won’t regret it.
